We welcome children aged 1–5 years, subject to room capacity and availability.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, for 51 weeks of the year. We close for two weeks at Christmas, bank holidays and three staff INSET days. Confirm this wording annually.

Yes. We offer funded places for eligible families, subject to availability and validation. See our Fees & Funding page for current session patterns.

We agree a settling plan with each family, taking account of the child’s age, routines, previous experiences and individual needs.

Yes. Every child is assigned a key person who supports their wellbeing, learning and relationship with the nursery.

We share information through daily conversations and [CONFIRM: Famly], including relevant care and learning updates.

Balanced and nutritious meals are supplied by a specialist childcare catering provider and delivered directly to the nursery. Meals are safely stored, prepared for service and served by our team in accordance with food hygiene requirements. We work with families regarding allergies, dietary needs and cultural preferences.

Families must share full and current information. Medication is accepted and administered only in line with nursery policy, required permissions and staff instructions.

Please speak to your child’s key person or the Nursery Manager. Our written complaints procedure is available on request and explains how to contact Ofsted if the matter cannot be resolved.

Yes. We encourage families to arrange a visit so they can meet the team and explore the environment.
