Please note: The remaining one or two funded hours cannot be booked as a separate short session. Where a

family books an additional paid session, these funded hours will be applied first, reducing the amount payable

for that session. All sessions are subject to availability and the nursery's funded-place terms.

Stretched funding spreads the annual funded entitlement across more weeks. The exact hours available each

week depend on the nursery’s funded-place model and your child’s eligibility. Please contact us to discuss

availability.

A charge of £10 applies for each 15-minute period, or part of a period, after your child’s agreed collection time.

For example, a collection 1–15 minutes late incurs a £10 charge; 16–30 minutes late incurs £20. Please

apply where necessary.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown. A £18 late-payment charge applies when payment remains

outstanding three days after the due date. Please speak to us promptly if you are experiencing payment

difficulties.

Funded places are subject to eligibility, code validation, availability and the nursery’s admissions policy.
There is no top-up fee for funded hours. Fees apply only to private childcare, optional extras and other

clearly identified charges.

The government’s funded-hours entitlement does not automatically cover meals, consumables, additional

hours or optional services.

Full terms, notice periods, closures and payment arrangements are set out in the parent contract.
Rates are reviewed periodically. We will give families notice of changes in line with their contract.
